By God's grace, I am making the following financial commitment:

The total amount I plan to give to the building campaign over three years is: (include any initial + recurring gifts) (i.e. $1,000 initial one time gift + $100 monthly)

I would like to discuss how to give appreciated property (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, real estate, etc)

If you would like to make an initial one time gift, please send a check into the office noting that the gift is for the building campaign. Thank you!
