Biblical Discipleship Training

WHO:
- This course is for any born-again believer high school age and older that has a desire to be better equipped in the knowledge and application of God’s Word to biblically disciple and counsel others in everyday life situations and through trials.
- This course is also designed to fulfill the Phase 1 Learning of the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC) certification process.
WHEN:
- September 13th – 14th – Foundations for Biblical Discipleship and Counseling
- October 18th – 19th – The Heart
- November 8th – 9th – Emotions and Family Dynamics
TIMES
- Friday Evenings: 5:00pm - 9:15pm
- Saturday 8:30am – 5:00pm
WHERE
- Bethany Community Church Room 102 – 27577 Dutch Lane Washington, IL
LOGISTICS
- LUNCH: Each Friday, upon arrival, you will sign in and choose if you want the lunch option for Saturday or if you will bring your own.
- BOOK: We will be utilizing two books throughout this 3-weeknd course.
1.) A Theology of Biblical Counseling by Heath Lambert (ACBC Reading List approved)
2.) Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling by MacDonald, Kellemen, Viars
- COST: This course if free of charge, minus the book cost if you order at registration.
